Below you will find information on registration fees, payment terms and conditions for participation in the WHN PAIS Conference. Please review this information carefully before completing your registration.


Registration fees are structured to support broad international participation by researchers, clinicians, policymakers and patient representatives. All registration fees include access to the full conference programme, exhibition area, lunch and coffee breaks, and an electronic certificate of attendance.

The following registration categories apply:
Early Bird Pass – €550
Available until 1 May

Standard Pass – €650

Industry Pass – €1.200

All passes provide full access to the three-day conference. There are no single-day tickets.

Registration opens on 9 February and will close once maximum capacity has been reached.

Early registration is recommended due to limited capacity. Deadlines for early registration standard registration and on site registration will be clearly communicated on this page.
Registration closes once maximum capacity has been reached.

26 August 2026 – Conference opening

29 August 2026 – Conference closing

All registrations must be completed via the official registration platform. After registration, an invoice will be issued within 7–10 business days. Upon full payment of the invoice, a final ticket will be sent to the registered email address. All prices are subject to applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Participants attend the congress at their own risk. The organisers are not liable for personal injury loss or damage to property during the congress.


Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel health and personal insurance.
